Can't make or receive calls - DSL Telecom Cloud Phone System
This article is for existing DSL Telecom Cloud Phone System users.
If you are unable to make or receive a call using your DSL Telecom Cloud PBX (Linkus application or physical phones) here are a few troubleshooting methods to help you resolve your issue:
Tip 1 - Reboot your internet router:
Slow speeds could cause voice issues. To solve this, simply reboot your router. This will refresh your internet connection and restore the internet speed. Here is how: Remove the power cable from the back of your router for about 10-15 seconds and then perform a speed test to check if your internet speed has improved👉 https://www.speedtest.net/
Tip 3 - Make sure your physical equipment is not faulty:
Our support technicians will determine whether your physical equipment is faulty. Should it be required, a technician will be dispatched to resolve your issue onsite. Depending on our technicians findings, additional costs might be required; for example replacing damaged hardware.
