Can't make or receive calls - DSL Telecom Cloud Phone System

This article is for existing DSL Telecom Cloud Phone System users.

If you are unable to make or receive a call using your DSL Telecom Cloud PBX (Linkus application or physical phones) here are a few troubleshooting methods to help you resolve your issue: 

Tip 1 - Reboot your internet router:

Slow speeds could cause voice issues. To solve this, simply reboot your router. This will refresh your internet connection and restore the internet speed. Here is how: Remove the power cable from the back of your router for about 10-15 seconds and then perform a speed test to check if your internet speed has improved👉 https://www.speedtest.net/




Tip 2 - Internet Speed: 

If you are using an older internet connection such as ADSL, this could cause slow speeds which will affect the voice quality of the PBX. We advise that you upgrade your internet. Tip 3 - Make sure your physical equipment is not faulty:

Our support technicians will determine whether your physical equipment is faulty. Should it be required, a technician will be dispatched to resolve your issue onsite. Depending on our technicians findings, additional costs might be required; for example replacing damaged hardware.
