How to Accept a Vox Debit Order Mandate- Existing Vox Client

This article is for existing Vox clients who need to accept their debit order mandate through the MyVox portal.

To accept a Vox debit order mandate, log in to the MyVox portal, update your payment details, and confirm the mandate with a single tick. It is a once-off process that takes less than a few minutes, and your payment details will be active as soon as it is done.

Before you start

Have the following ready so you can complete the process in one go:

  • The mobile number linked to your Vox account (your OTP will be sent here)

  • Your debit order or credit card details

How to accept your debit order mandate

  1. Go to www.vox.co.za and select MyVox.

  2. Log in using your mobile number. An OTP (one-time PIN) will be sent to your cellphone number. Enter it to continue.

  3. Go to "Payments and Billing."

  4. Select "Edit payment info."

  5. Select "Debit order" or "Credit card," depending on how you would like to pay.

  6. Enter your debit order or credit card details, then click "Proceed."

  7. Your mandate will pop up. Scroll down, tick the box, and accept the mandate.

  8. You will receive an email confirming the mandate. Keep it for your records.

Your debit order mandate is now accepted, and your payment details are set. There is nothing more you need to do.

Troubleshooting:  If your OTP does not arrive, the mandate does not pop up, or you are unsure whether your details went through, log a support ticket and our team will guide you through it.
