How to Accept Your New Vox Debit Order Mandate

How to Accept Your New Vox Debit Order Mandate

This article is for new Vox clients who need to accept their debit order mandate (DOM) for the first time.

To accept your Vox debit order mandate, log in to the Vox customer portal, view your mandate, and confirm it with a single tick. It is a once-off step that takes less than two minutes, and your service will be active as soon as it is done.

Before you start

Have the mobile number linked to your Vox account nearby. Your OTP (one-time PIN) will be sent to that number to log you in.

How to accept your debit order mandate

  1. Go to https://customer.vox.co.za/login. Enter your cell number, capture the OTP, and proceed.

Please note: once you are logged in, wait 5 to 15 seconds for the mandate banner to load at the top of the screen. It can take a moment depending on your connection, so give it a few seconds before moving on.

  1. Once the banner has loaded, click "View mandate."

  2. The mandate will populate. Scroll down, tick the box, and click "Proceed with debit order."

Your debit order mandate is now accepted, and your account setup is complete. There is nothing more you need to do.

Troubleshooting If your OTP does not arrive, check that you are using the mobile number linked to your Vox account, then try again. If the mandate banner does not appear within a minute of logging in, refresh the page. If either issue persists, log a support ticket and our team will guide you through it.
