[How To] Cancel Your MTN LTE Sim + Router Service

This article is for existing MTN clients seeking to cancel their MTN LTE services.

Steps To Cancel Your MTN LTE Service

Step 1: You need to return your router to your nearest MTN store, which will then send it to the MTN warehouse.

Step 2: The MTN store will provide you with a document containing a RIMS number. (Return Number)

Step 3: You can email your document to support@dsltelecom.co.za who will process the cancellation with MTN.

Step 4: Once the MTN warehouse receives your router from the store, your cancellation can be processed. The full cancellation process takes an average of 7 working days.

Step 5: Once the administrative process has been completed, MTN will action any billing credits due, if applicable.
