How to Log Into Yeastar Linkus with Your Extension Account Using Manual Credentials

This article is for new and existing Yeastar clients who need to log into their Linkus account.

Steps to Follow to Log in Manually: 

Scenario: Log in Using SN or Domain Name:
To log in to Linkus using your extension account with manually entered credentials, follow these steps:

Requirements:
To retrieve your extension account username and password, please log a ticket here. 
Obtain the network information of the Linkus Server, such as Serial Number (SN), domain name, or IP addresses and ports.


Steps to Follow to Log in Manually.

Step 1: Open the Linkus login page.
Step 2: Enter your login information based on the scenario:


Scenario: Log in using SN or domain name:
Follow these steps to log in manually using your SN or domain name in Yeastar Linkus.

  • Enter your extension number or email address in the Username field.

  • Enter the associated password in the Password field.

  • Enter the SN or domain name in the SN/Domain field.

  • If the SN/Domain field is non-editable, tap Custom Settings and uncheck the checkbox for Enable Custom Settings.

Scenario: Log in using IP Addresses and Ports:

  • Enter your extension number or email address in the Username field.
  • Enter the associated password in the Password field.
  • Tap Custom Settings.
  • Check the checkbox for Enable Custom Settings.
  • Enter the IP addresses and Ports.
  • Note: Within the company's LAN, use the local hostname/IP; otherwise, use the external hostname/IP.
  • Tap OK.
  • Tap Login.

 

Two-factor Authentication (if applicable):

Enter the authentication code from an authenticator application or email.
Optionally, select the checkbox for Trusted Device to avoid re-entering the authentication code for 180 days.

First-time Login:

If this is your first time logging in, you will need to agree to the privacy policy and change the initial password. Log in again with the new password.
