How to map your Zoho Software Licences to DSL Telecom and why this can benefit you

What is Customer-Partner mapping?

Customer-Partner mapping is a process which Zoho Software customers can follow to ensure that they are working directly with a Zoho Partner in South Africa (DSL Telecom) for their Zoho needs and in order to benefit from various service and support channels that only a Zoho Partner can provide. This is a free, no cost implications value-added service provided by Zoho and their partners.

How to map your Zoho Licences to DSL Telecom. 

There are two ways in which you can map your licence to DSL Telecom as a Zoho Premium Partner:

1) You can email DSL Telecom and request to be mapped to us. You can email sales@dsltelecom.co.za, once done a DSL Telecom Zoho specialist will send you an email containing a button for you to click on to confirm that you would like to tag DSL Telecom as your partner. Simply click on the button to approve and add DSL Telecom as your partner.


2) Your Super Administrator can navigate to store.zoho.com where you can tag your Zoho Partner as DSL Telecom by following the steps below and entering the Partner Code: DSLTELECOM

NB: If your Zoho data centre is located in the EU, please navigate to store.zoho.eu and enter the Partner Code DSLTELECOMEU



What are the benefits of mapping your Zoho Licences to DSL Telecom?
1) You'll get access to South Africa's only Zoho Premium Partner, DSL Telecom consisting of a Zoho Implementation team, Zoho Customer Success Managers, Zoho Software Training and Zoho Application Licencing and Concierge Service, as well as a Zoho Development team.

2) DSL Telecom has a direct line of communication with Zoho's Partner Support Team, which allows for an extra layer of support with more direct escalation routes and faster resolution times.

3) You also get free access to DSL Telecom's first-level support helpdesk. This includes logging ticket and queries, access to free video demonstrations, customer articles and blogs.
