[How To] Track My Telkom LTE Order With SkyNet Couriers
This article is for existing Telkom customers who want to track their Telkom LTE orders with SkyNet couriers.
Here you can find the general delivery leads times for Telkom LTE orders.
The SIM and device (if ordered) will be delivered within 3-5 working days. After Telkom approves your order, it will be handed over to SkyNet couriers for delivery. You can easily track your order at
www.skynetworldwide.com, using your tracking or waybill number once it's with SkyNet couriers.
How to track your Telkom LTE order
Step 1: On the SkyNet website homepage, enter your waybill number into the search box at the at the centre of the screen.
Step 2: Your parcel details will be displayed as shown in the example below:
Note: It can take up to 2 working days for tracking information to appear on SkyNet's website. Upon delivery, please have your ID and proof of address ready for RICA verification.
After receiving your SIM card, please allow up to 72 hours from the time you it SIM card into the your device for the data to activate.
