Steps to troubleshoot your MTN LTE Tozed ZLT X20 5G router
Step 1: Ensure that the SIM card is the correct size and properly inserted in the correct direction.
Step 2: Insert the DC power port, then press the power button. The device will boot automatically.
Step 3: Once the router has been booted, the normal LED indicators should display as expected.
Step 4: Find the Wi-Fi SSID and password from the label on the bottom of the router. Connect the PC or device to the router's Wi-Fi. You can also use the router's Ethernet port to connect the PC or device.
Step 5: If you have previously changed the Wi-Fi SSID or password, and have forgotten what you set it to, you can press the reset button at the back of the router, (as indicated), for 5 - 8 seconds to perform a factory reset on the router. Once complete, the SSID and password will be restored.
Step 6: After connecting via Wi-Fi or Ethernet port, open your web browser and type in 192.168.0.1 to check the webgui. (open-source content management system)
Step 7: The default login credentials are username: admin and password: admin
Step 8: The default APN (Access Point Name) should be set to ''mymtn'', and typically doesn't require manual adjustment.
Step 9: To test if the network is available, perform a speed test at www.speedtest.net , using the Wi-Fi or Ethernet port.
