To view your Vox fibre data usage:
Navigate to the ' Connectivity ' option.
You will then be directed to the page below that showcases all the services that you have with Vox. Click the 'Service Tag' button on the service that you would like to view your data usage.
Specific Services Page:
The details provided on this page will give you an overview of your data usage for the selected service. You can also update your data usage notification settings if you wish to receive notifications about your data usage. A graph will depict how much data you have used for the day. You can also monitor your hourly usage and Session Logs by click on the drown down arrow next to "Daily Usage".
Daily usage Graph:
This graph depicts how much data you have consumed on each day of the month.
Session Logs Graph:
The Sessions logs graph displays the activity on your Vox portal, such as: how many times you have logged into the portal.
Change your package:
You can Click on the "Upgrade" and "Cancel" buttons right above the usage graph at any time to upgrade or cancel your existing service with Vox.
