This article is for existing Telkom LTE clients who would like to cancel their contract before 24 months.

Here is what happens if you decide to cancel your Telkom LTE service within the 24 month minimum commitment period:

Telkom LTE Sim + Router:

If you cancel within the minimum commitment term of 24 months you will be billed pro-rata for the LTE Router. The router cost is amortized into your contract which means you will be charged for it.

SIM Only:

No amortized amount and no admin fee will be charged upon cancellation.

Telkom requires a 30 day cancellation notice period.
