In this article, you'll learn how to interpret your first MTN LTE invoice.
It's important to note that MTN will bill you upfront each month.
In addition, your first MTN LTE invoice will also include a pro-rated subscription charge, dependent on the number of days your service was active during the month you signed up.
For example: if your LTE service was activated on April 15th, your first invoice will include a pro-rated subscription charge for the period from April 15th to April 30th.
Please refer to the example invoice below to see how your charges will be displayed:
1) The first line item is the pro-rata amount charge. This fee covers access to the service for the remainder of the current month. In this example, it pertains to the period from April 15 to April 30, 2024.
2) The second line item is the first full month charge for access to the service in the month following the current month. In this example, although it shows the period as April 15 to May 15, 2024, it essentially covers access for the month of May.
3) The third line item is the charge for the next full month, which in this example is from June 1 to June 30, 2024. This amount will be settled by your customer debit order scheduled for May.
4) The fourth line item is VAT, which is calculated on items one and three only.
