When Will I Receive My Vox Fibre Router?

When Will I Receive My Vox Fibre Router?

Receiving your Vox Fibre router will depend on your Fibre Network Operator (FNO). Remember that your Fibre Network Operator could be Openserve, Vuma, Frogfoot, Balwin, Octotel etc.

Once the technician from your chosen Fibre Network Operator has successfully installed the infrastructure for your fibre connection at your premises, the FNO will conduct testing on the line to ensure a stable connection is established and maintained. Once testing is completed, they will handover the line to Vox, your Internet Service Provider.

The fibre installation process involves running a fibre cable into your home as well as the installation of an ONT. (Optical Network Terminal)

Once the handover from the FNO is done, Vox will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a technician to deliver and install your Vox free to use router. This takes 3-5 working days in total from handover to router install.
