How to activate your free trial
Make sure you're on a qualifying Telkom plan.
Click the activation link Telkom sends by email or SMS.
Create or sign in with your Amazon account.
Download the Prime Video app from Google Play or the App Store, and start watching.
What happens after 3 months
When your three months are up, the subscription renews automatically and R29/month is added to your Telkom bill.
From there, the choice is yours: keep watching and let the R29/month ride, or cancel before the trial ends and pay nothing.
How to cancel (to avoid being billed)
Cancellation happens on Telkom's side, and you can do it any time before your trial ends:
Open the MyTelkom app, or log in to the Telkom self-help portal at www.telkom.co.za
Find your Prime Video subscription and cancel it.
Do this before your 3-month free period ends to avoid the R29/month charge.
Keep the cancellation confirmation for your records.
