Here's how you can easily check your Telkom Data Balance using the Telkom App on your smartphone

This article is for existing Telkom customers who need to check their Telkom data balance. 


Follow these steps to check your Telkom data balance on the Telkom app: 

Step 1. Navigate to your Telkom app on your smartphone. To learn how to download the Telkom app onto your smartphone, click here

Step 2.  Sign into your Telkom account.

Step 3. View the balances of your active Telkom services.

                                                    

  

In case you had an account but forgot your password, you can simply request for a new password and it will be instantly sent to your email account.
