Here's how to download the My Telkom Mobile App onto your smartphone (Android & Apple)

1. Navigate to the Google Play Store if you're an Android user or navigate to the Apple App Store if you're an Apple user. You can click on the logos below to get quick access to the Google Play Store & Apple App Store.

2. Search for Telkom and look for the blue My Telkom logo. View Screenshot below.

3.Install the app

How to Register via the Telkom App: - if you don't already have an account

1. Navigate to the Telkom app and select ''Create Account''

2. Fill in all your personal details 

3. Select the next button

4. You will receive an OTP via email. Type in that OTP and select continue

5. Registration will then be successful

Here is how you login to the Telkom App (once you have downloaded the app) 

1. Open your Telkom App

2. Fill in your username (email address) and your password

3. Select Sign In
