This article is for clients using CallCabinet call recording who want to download multiple call recordings at once.
CallCabinet's bulk download feature lets you download up to 50 call recordings at once, packaged into a single ZIP file. This guide walks you through how to do it.
How to bulk download your call recordings
On the Call Listing Page, tick the checkbox next to each call you want to download.
You can select up to 50 calls at a time. To do this quickly, set the number of items displayed per page to 50 at the bottom of the Call Listing Page, then use the selection tool in the top left-hand corner of the data table to select them all in one click.
Click the "Bulk Download" button.
CallCabinet will compress your selected calls into one ZIP file. No action is needed while this runs.
A dialogue will appear when the ZIP file is ready.
Click the green "Download" text to download the batch.
Wait for the download to complete before closing your browser. Closing it early will interrupt the download.
Good to know
50 calls per batch – if you need more than 50 recordings, repeat the process in batches of 50 until you have everything you need.
One ZIP file – your selected recordings are bundled into a single ZIP file, which downloads to your browser's default download folder. Extract the ZIP to access the individual recordings.
Larger batches take a little longer – the more calls you select, the longer the compression step takes. Give it a moment before the dialogue appears.
