How to check your voicemail using DSL Telecom's Cloud Phone System

This article is for existing and new clients who would like to check and access their voicemail using DSL Telecom's cloud phone system.

The DSL Telecom Cloud Phone System has many features, one of them being how to check your voicemail.

Here is how you can check your voicemail using the Linkus Desktop application: 

Step 1. On the left side of your screen, click on the voicemail button.

Step 2. Select whether you want to listen to unread or all voicemails.

Step 3.  Select the play button to listen to the message/voicemail.

How to access your voicemail using a Yealink cordless or desktop phone:

Step 1. Dial *2.

Step 2. Enter your password which is set to be your extension number.

Step 3. Your voicemail messages will play.
