A caller is placed on hold when you need to consult colleagues or perform other tasks, while the customer is on hold.
When a call is placed on hold, the caller is ''parked'' and is unable to communicate with the person on the other end of the line.

Follow the steps to learn how to place a call on hold:

Step 1. During an active call, you can place a call on hold, by selecting the call on hold button on the Linkus desktop or mobile application. The caller will now be listening to the pre-selected call-on-hold music.

Step 2. Once you are done placing the caller on hold, you can deselect the button and the call will be retrieved.
