This article is for new Vox LTE customers who want to understand how their first invoice is structured and what each charge means.
Your first Vox LTE invoice can look a little different from what you might expect. This guide explains how Vox LTE billing works and what each line item on your first invoice means.
How Vox LTE billing works
Vox bills upfront each month. Your first invoice will include a pro-rated subscription charge based on the number of days your service was active during the month your LTE was activated, plus your full subscription charge for the month ahead.
For example, if your LTE was activated on the 22nd of May, your first invoice will include a pro-rated subscription charge for the period from the 22nd of May to the end of May, a once-off activation fee, and your full monthly subscription charge for the 1st of June to the 1st of July.
Breakdown of your charges
Here is what each line item on your first Vox LTE invoice means:
Pro-rated subscription charge – the charge for the days your service was active during the month it was activated, from your activation date to the end of that month.
Activation setup fee – the once-off fee for activating your Vox LTE SIM card.
Full monthly subscription charge – the full subscription amount billed for the month ahead, as Vox bills in advance.
Total amount due – the combined total of all charges on the invoice, inclusive of VAT.
