Vox Fibre router login details

This article is for existing Vox fibre clients who need to log in to their router. 


Vox creates a default username and password for your router, therefore you will need to contact Vox support for these details.

Alternatively, you can log a ticket via DSL Telecom's support portal and we will log a request on your behalf. Log your support ticket with DSL Telecom here: https://service.dsltelecom.co.za/portal/en/newticket

Vox will require you to sign an indemnity form before releasing the router details to you.

The reason an indemnity form is needed is that Vox initially has the customer's login details, this is stipulated in the T&C's document for security purposes. As soon as the client requests those details, Vox indemnifies itself against any security breaches after providing the customer with their login details.

Please note: it is a security risk to leave your login details as the default password and username. It is highly recommended to set your own unique login details.
