Vox Fibre router login details

This guide is for existing Vox fibre clients who need to log in to their router.

Contact Vox Support for Login Details:

Vox creates default login credentials for your router. Contact Vox support to obtain these details.

Alternatively, you can log a ticket via DSL Telecom's support portal, and we'll assist you. Submit your support ticket here: https://service.dsltelecom.co.za/portal/en/newticket

- Vox will require you to sign an indemnity form before releasing the router details.

- This is a security measure outlined in the Terms & Conditions document.

- Vox indemnifies itself against any security breaches once the customer receives their login details.

- Leaving default login details poses a security risk. It's recommended to set your unique login details after obtaining them from Vox.
