How to access the Vox customer portal

Here's how to access the Vox customer portal

This article is for existing Vox clients who would like to access the Vox portal. 


Your Vox portal login details:

Once you have signup for your Vox service, you will receive an email with your Vox login details – should you not have these, please contact help@voxtelecom.co.za or log a DSL Telecom support ticket here and request them. Have your Vox account number handy, as a reference.

Activation email:

Once your service has been provisioned, you will receive an email with the following account details:

- Account number
        - Username

        - Password

Managing your account:

Log in to MyVox: https://customer.vox.co.za/ or via www.vox.co.za MyVox Login (Top right of the page )



Once you have logged into your portal, your dashboard will appear:
