How to access your Vox invoice

[How to] access your Vox Invoice

This article is for existing Vox clients who would like to access their Vox invoices.

Here are the 4 easy steps to access your Vox Invoice:

Step 1: Go to https://customer.vox.co.za/login and Log into the Vox Portal with your Vox Login details (Mobile Number).

Step 2: Navigate to Dashboard and select Payments and Billing.



Step 3: Go to Invoice and select the dropdown. Choose which invoice you want to view. You have the choice between View latest, View Next and History.

Step 4: Your invoice will open and you will be able to view all the necessary details.
