To cancel, contact Vox Telecom directly at cancellations@voxtelecom.co.za, stating your reason for cancellation. 

If within your minimum commitment term, you'll be charged for full installation and hardware costs upon cancellation. Provide 1 clear calendar month's notice (from the 1st to the 30th), with the final month billed accordingly.
