[How to] Cancel Your Vox FTTH Service

This is article is for existing Vox clients who want to cancel their Vox services.


To cancel your Vox service you will need to contact Vox Telecom directly. You can send an email requesting your cancellation and reason for cancellation to: cancellations@voxtelecom.co.za

You will be charged for the full installation and hardware costs of your contract if you cancel within your minimum commitment term.

Vox requires 1 calendar months notice for your cancellation ( 1st to the 30th ), and you will be billed for that last month.
