Vox FTTH service suspension request.

Vox FTTH service suspension requests

This article is for existing Vox fibre clients.

What is a suspension request and how does it work?

Normally a suspension request is done when a client would like to put their contract on hold/pause for a few months due to the customer not using the service, for reasons like traveling.

A suspension request cannot be made on an account with Vox due to the fact that Vox pays monthly infrastructure fees to your FNO (Vuma, Openserve, Frogfoot). Should your account be placed on hold with Vox, Vox will inevitably be billed for the fibre infrastructure to your premises.
