Vox FTTH service suspension requests
This article is for existing Vox fibre clients.
What is a suspension request and how does it work?
Normally a suspension request is done when a client is traveling.
A suspension request cannot be made on an account with Vox due to the fact that Vox pays monthly infrastructure fees to your FNO (Vuma, Openserve, Frogfoot). Should your account be placed on hold with Vox, Vox will inevitably be billed for the fibre infrastructure to your premises.
If you need to make arrangements regarding your fibre service, please log a ticket with our support team via our customer service portal here. For more information on Vox FTTH, click here.
