Vox fibre cancellation within the 12 month minimum commitment period

Vox fibre cancellation within the 12 month minimum commitment period

This article is for existing Vox fibre clients who would like to cancel their contract before 12 months.

Here is what happens if you decide to cancel your Vox fibre service within the 12 month minimum commitment period:

Vox does reserve the right to charge you the full contract value as per their T's & C's, however, their standard procedure is to charge you the full installation & activation fee (Amount dependent on the Fibre network) regardless of how far into your contract you are. (Installation costs are not amortised).

The router you get with your Vox fibre to the home order is a rent to use, not rent to own, which means when you cancel Vox will retrieve the router.
