How to register on the Telkom portal and link your products into the portal
This article is for existing Telkom customers who need to register on Telkom's portal.
How to Register via the Telkom App: If you don't already have an account
Step 1: Navigate to the Telkom app and select Register
Step 2: Fill in all your personal details & agree to the terms
Step 4: You will receive an OTP via email. Type in that OTP and select continue
Step 5: Registration will then be successful
How to link your account:
Once registration has been completed, log back into your Telkom profile and select link account:
Step 1: Select Link Account to link your product to your profile
Step 2: Select the account type (Residential / Business)
Step 3: Enter your Telkom account number (Found on your Telkom bill)
Step 4: Telephone number: For LTE your MSISDN number and for fibre, your B number (service number)
Your Telkom products will now be linked in your Telkom portal and you will be able to easily manage them.
