This guide is for existing MTN customers who want to track their MTN LTE order.
Delivery Timeline:
DSV will call and arrange the delivery time and date with you directly. Please allow 24-48 hours for sim activation once delivery is received (this does not include weekends).
Delivery Address:
The LTE SIM and device will be sent to the address provided during the application process.
Recipient Verification:
The recipient must be the same person who applied and was approved for the MTN deal. They must present their ID and the latest proof of address in their name to the courier upon delivery.
Delivery Appointment:
The courier company, DSV, will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. It's crucial to answer their call to book your delivery.
RICA Verification:
DSV will verify your RICA documents to activate your SIM.
Address Note:
The delivery address can differ from the usage location, but the device will only work at the registered address for the Fixed-LTE service.
Key Notes for Delivery:
ID Requirements: Present your original ID book or ID card.
Document Copies: Have a copy of your ID and proof of address ready for the courier. Without these documents, DSV will not hand over your package and will need to reschedule the delivery.
- Biometrics: DSV will scan your fingerprints to ensure they match your Home Affairs profile.
- Make sure you have all necessary documents ready to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Steps to track your MTN LTE order:
Step 2: Click 'Track Parcel' Tracking your MTN LTE order on DSV's portal
Step 3: Click the "Shipment or Parcel number" field and enter your tracking number as per the DSV SMS that you will receive after your delivery appointment has been scheduled.
DSV will send you a SMS for your shipment or parcel number
Step 4: Click search to track your shipment after entering in your tracking number.

Step 5: Click on the "Parcels" drop down to view your parcel delivery updates
Click on 'parcels' to view your delivery details
