How to use the DSL Telecom Customer Portal in Zoho Books

This article is for existing DSL Telecom clients who would like to access their DSL Telecom account invoices, estimates, payments and statements in the DSL Telecom Zoho Books customer portal.

What is Zoho Books:

Zoho Books is online accounting software that manages your finances, automates business workflows, and helps you work collectively across departments. We use the Zoho Books Customer portal to enable our clients to access their accounts with DSL Telecom, where they can view all their account details.

Follow the below steps to access the DSL Telecom Customer Portal:

Step 1: Our accounts departments will send you an email with a link to access the customer portal. The email will request you to accept the invitation to Zoho Books so that you can access the portal right away. 


Step 2: You will receive your portal URL and your username in the mail. To get started, click on the accept invite link given in the email by clicking on 'click here'. 

Step 3: Once you have clicked on the link to access the customer portal, you will be directed to the Zoho Books sign-in page. 


Step 4: You can then enter the provided username into the login details. You will be requested to create a password. Once done you can click to sign into your DSL Telecom Customer Portal.

The DSL Telecom Customer Portal Interface In Zoho Books:

The Zoho Books customer portal allows you to access the following on your account:

Estimates: You will have easy access to your estimates. Here you can accept or decline estimates sent to you. You are also able to leave comments on the estimates, our account department will get notified of any comments.

Invoices: With the client portal, you can keep track of your transactions with DSL Telecom in the invoices tab. If you have a new product installed or implemented you will receive your new invoice at month-end on the last working day of the month. 

Payments: In the payments made tab you can view a history of your payments to DSL Telecom for services rendered.

Statements: In the statements tab, you can view your statements, you can also download statements as a pdf or print them directly from the customer portal.
