This article is for existing Zoho customers or customers who have started a free Zoho trial and would like to upgrade their plan.
Why you would want to upgrade your Zoho Software Plan
- This enables you to grow your business with one smart and customisable system of integrated software for sales, marketing, support, accounting, operations, and HR.
- You can allocate more users
- You will be to access more features
- You will save on your Zoho license fees
Upgrading and downgrading your subscription plan:
If your current plan is not enabled with some of the features that you require, you can either upgrade or change your existing plan to another plan. You can also downgrade your subscription plan if required. Certain features are only available on higher Zoho Subscription Plans.
To upgrade your subscription plan:
Step 1: Click your profile picture in the upper right corner of the top navigation band.
Step 2: Select Subscription details to view the pricing details
Step 3: Select Change plan in the right corner
Step 4: Hover over the existing plan and click Upgrade
Step 5: Select the desired plan and click Upgrade
Step 6: Verify the purchase order and click Make Payment to successfully change the plan. A confirmation message about the plan change will be displayed.
To downgrade your subscription plan:
Step 1: Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner of the top band.
Step 2: Select Subscription Details to view the pricing details.
Step 3: Click Change Plan in the right corner.
Step 4: Hover over the existing plan and then click Downgrade Plan.
Step 5: Select the desired plan and then click Downgrade.
Step 6: Verify the purchase order and click Confirm to successfully downgrade the plan.
A confirmation message about the downgrade will be displayed.
Manage subscriptions:
Users can test out a 15-day free trial on the various application editions to test and see the capabilities and features available on the respective editions before purchasing the edition.
Upgrade or downgrade editions:
To upgrade to any paid editions (from a free trial to a paid edition).
Step 1: Go to the profile icon on the top right and click Manage Subscriptions.
Step 2: In the Payments page, under subscriptions details click change editions.
Step 3: Select the edition and click Upgrade/Downgrade.
Step 4: Click Proceed to Downgrade
Step 5: Click Proceed to Pay.
Step 6: Select the Payment Frequency as Monthly or Yearly.
Step 7: Specify the number of user licenses that you want to purchase.
Step 8: Select the additional storage, if required, from the drop-down list.
Step 9: Click Continue
Step 10: Review the purchase details and click Confirm.
Step 11: Under the payment details section, enter the payment details and click Make Payment.
Your Zoho CRM Account will be upgraded accordingly.
Upgrade users/add-ons
Users are the ones who can log in to your Zoho Software Application Account, access your Zoho Software Application data and use various functions according to the permissions configured by the administrator. An Admin can purchase or cancel user licenses anytime they want to in their Zoho Software Application Account.
*Please note that when you deactivate a user, the user license is not canceled and can be re-activated. You will be billed for the number of user licenses that you had bought. You need to cancel the user license if you do not want to own that user license or use it anymore.
To upgrade users/add-ons.
Step 1: Go to the profile icon on the top right and click Manage Subscription.
Step 2: On the payments page, click Upgrade or Downgrade Users/Add-ons.
Step 3: Select the number of users/add-ons to be added or reduced from the drop-down list.
Step 4: Click Proceed.
Step 5: Click Proceed to pay.
On Successful payment, the users/add-ons will be added/reduced as required.
Update Credit Card details: You can update your credit card details anytime.
In the case the payment is declined by your credit card, there will be a 15 day grace period to make your payment. After the 15 days, you will be asked to choose one of the options: Renew your subscription, choose another edition or move to Free Edition to continue using your Zoho CRM account. Until you choose the option, you will be locked out of your account. This is applicable for 2 months, after which your account will be moved to the Free Edition and you will be able to log in to your CRM account free edition.
To update credit card details:
Step 1: Go to the profile icon in the top right and click Manage Subscription.
Step 2: On the Zoho Store page, under the Recurring Details section, click Credit Card.
Step 3: In the Change Payment Method page, specify desired details and click Save.
View Subscription History:
You can view all your previous transaction history in your Zoho CRM account.
To view your subscription history:
Step 1: Go to the profile icon on the top right and click Subscription.
Step 2: In the Zoho Store page store.zoho.com, under the Recurring Details section, click Payment History. The payment history will be available: The transaction ID, amount, date, and other details.
