LTE | Network Load

This article is for existing Telkom LTE customers.

One of the reasons you may be experiencing slower speeds could be due to the network load with multiple devices accessing the network/LTE tower at the same time. Doing a factory reset on your router, allows it to reconnect to the LTE tower, or find a different LTE tower to connect to.

Please do a factory reset on your device, and start setup from scratch.

How to setup your 4G on the following LTE routers:

  1. For the Huawei B535 see at the back of the router, next to the power input, please press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds, and the lights will flicker and let it run. After 10 minutes, when the device is back up, re-do the setup. Click here to setup the Huawei B535 router: LTE | Huawei B535 | How to lock router to 4G
