How to Change Your Vox Debit Order Date
If you need to change your Vox debit order date from the one you selected when signing up, follow these steps:
Log into the Vox Customer Portal:
Navigate to Payments and Billing:
Change Debit Order Date:
You can choose from the following debit order date options: 1st, 15th, or 26th of the month.
Once you've selected your preferred date, confirm the change.

How to Change Your Banking Details for a Vox Service
To update your banking details, follow these steps:
Log into the Vox Customer Portal:
Navigate to Payments and Billing:
Edit Payment Info:
If you encounter any issues, log a support ticket here and a link will be sent to the account owner to update the banking details.
How to Access Your Vox Invoice
To access your Vox invoice, follow these simple steps:
Log into the Vox Customer Portal:
Navigate to Dashboard:
Select Invoice:
View Invoice:
