Managing Your Vox Account: Debit Order Date, Banking Details, and Invoices

This article is for existing Vox clients who would like to manage their account settings, including changing their debit order date, updating banking details, and accessing their invoices. 

How to Change Your Vox Debit Order Date

If you need to change your Vox debit order date from the one you selected when signing up, follow these steps:
  1. Log into the Vox Customer Portal:

    • Select the 'Payments and Billing' section.
  2. Change Debit Order Date:

    • You can choose from the following debit order date options: 1st, 15th, or 26th of the month.
    • Once you've selected your preferred date, confirm the change.
  3. Receive Confirmation:

    • After your request is processed, you will receive an SMS confirmation from Vox.

How to Change Your Banking Details for a Vox Service

To update your banking details, follow these steps:
  1. Log into the Vox Customer Portal:

    • Select 'Payments and Billing'.
  2. Edit Payment Info:

    • Select 'Edit Payment Info'.
    • Update your payment information and click 'Save Changes'.

If you encounter any issues, log a support ticket here and a link will be sent to the account owner to update the banking details.

How to Access Your Vox Invoice

To access your Vox invoice, follow these simple steps:
  1. Log into the Vox Customer Portal:

    • Select 'Payments and Billing'.
  2. Select Invoice:

    • Choose from the dropdown menu to view your latest, next, or previous invoices.
  3. View Invoice:

    • Your selected invoice will open, allowing you to view all necessary details.
