How to change your banking details for a Vox service

This article is for existing Vox clients who would like to change the Vox service banking details. 


Follow the below steps to change your banking details:

Step 1: Log into the Vox Customer Portal and select payments & billing. 



Step 2: Select edit payment info. 



Step 3: Edit your payment information and click save changes. 



If you are still unable to change your banking details for a Vox service, then you will need to contact DSL Telecom.
Vox clients can simply log a support ticket here and a link will be sent to the account owner to update their banking details.
