Pre-order fibre to the home: What does it mean to pre-order your fibre-to-the-home internet

What does it mean to pre-order your fibre-to-the-home internet

This article is for clients who would like to pre-order their fibre to the home.

Searching for a fast and reliable fibre internet connection and you’ve found out that your area is not yet covered for fibre internet, but you have seen that a fibre network is busy laying fibre lines down in your area?

This means that fibre is coming to your area soon. Various Internet Service Providers (ISPs) will at this stage allow customers to pre-order their fibre internet.

The benefits of placing a pre-order are:

  1. You will receive first -hand updates on the status of the fibre in your area.

  2. ISPs prioritise pre-orders which means that your order will take priority when your area goes live.

  3. You have already filled out the paperwork - all that needs to happen now is for the FNO (Fibre Network Operator) to complete the build. Once this is done you'll receive communication to arrange an installation date.

We have a pre-ordering process that only takes a few minutes:

Step 1. Sign up for your preferred fibre-to-the-home internet package, based on the fibre network provider (FNO) that is laying fibre optic cables in your neighbourhood.

Step 3. Send through your necessary supporting documentation.

Step 4. An installation date will be booked as soon as your neighbourhood goes live for fibre.
