How to change your banking details for a Telkom service

This article is for existing Telkom LTE customers who would like to change their banking details. 


To change your banking details for a Telkom service: 

You will need to contact DSL Telecom directly via email.

Only the account owner can change the account banking details, this is for client security purposes. If you are in a 3rd party agreement, the client whose name the contract is on is the only person who has permission to change any account details.

DSL Telecom is only able to update the banking details for Telkom clients that have signed up through DSL Telecom for their Telkom product. If you are an actively billed DSL Telecom customer, you can simply log a support ticket here with your request and we will assist you.
