[How to] change your Telkom LTE delivery address
This article is for new Telkom LTE customers who need to change their delivery address.
Follow the Below Steps to change your delivery address:
Step 2. You can either call Courier IT or email their Customer Services Team.
Step 3. Visit the Courier IT website here - www.courierit.co.za
Step 5: Typically, the fastest way to change your delivery address is to call in, quoting your waybill/tracking number. (You would have received this via SMS and email)
If you prefer to send an email, find your nearest branch and email the ''queries'' email address. Remember to use your waybill/tracking number as your email subject line.
Useful tips to ensure a hassle-free experience:
If possible, try to change your delivery address with Courier IT before 3 pm.
Make a note of the customer care consultant's name for ease of reference.
Have your ID document and proof of address ready for the Courier IT driver (no 3rd party may accept your order).
