[How to] track my Telkom LTE order

This article is for existing Telkom customers who needs to track their Telkom LTE orders.


Here you can find the general delivery lead times for Telkom LTE. Scroll down to find a walk-through video showing you how to track your Telkom LTE order.

The SIM & device (if ordered) will be delivered within 3 - 5 working days.

Once Telkom has approved your order on their system, it will be handed over to Courier IT for delivery. Once handed over to Courier IT, you will be able to easily track your order here www.courierit.co.za using your tracking/waybill number. Please note that tracking number used for deliveries between Telkom and Courier IT is know as the THD number.

How to track your Telkom LTE order: 

Step 1: On the CourierIt main page, select "TRACK MY PARCEL" 




Step 2: Enter your waybill number:




Step 3: Details on your parcel will be displayed as below:




NB: It can take up to 2 working days for your order tracking details to populate on Courier IT's website. Upon delivery, the courier will require you to present your ID document and proof of address for RICA purposes.

Once delivered please allow up to 72 hours from the time the SIM Card is inserted into the desired device for the data to be allocated.
