How to upgrade or downgrade your Vox fibre package

This article is for existing Vox fibre clients who would like to upgrade/downgrade their fibre package.


To easily upgrade/downgrade your Vox fibre package, simply:

Step 1: Request the desired package you wish to upgrade/downgrade to via call or logging a support ticket 

    • 📱  Call: 087 802 0917  

    •   Log a support ticket: click here

Step 2: You will receive a Vox quote that you will need to accept.  

Step 3: Once you have accepted the quote, your order will be logged & processed.  

Step 4: You will receive a notification email or SMS to confirm your Vox fibre package upgrade or downgrade has been completed. You can also log into your Vox portal to check this yourself. Depending on your fibre network, your upgrade or downgrade will take between 48 to 72hours or it will take effect from the 1st of the next month.

Vox may reserve the right to log the upgrade/downgrade on the next billing cycle depending on when the client received the last invoice, this is to avoid the client paying double.
