How to perform a conference call using Linkus on DSL Telecom's Cloud PBX

This article is for clients who would like to perform a conference call using Linkus on DSL Telecom's cloud PBX.

The conference call feature on DSL Telecom's Cloud Phone System increases employee efficiency and productivity by enabling multiple on-site and outside callers to participate simultaneously in protected conference calls.

Steps to performing a conference call:

Step 1. You need to sign into a conference call room. When DSL Telecom installs your Cloud PBX, we will configure multiple conference rooms. The conference room numbers will be handed over to you during your DSL Telecom Cloud PBX implementation. To enter into a conference room, dial the preconfigured conference room number eg: 123.

Step 2. To add participants to the call: All internal extensions will dial the conference room number, eg.123, to gain access to the conference call. To add an external participant, you will action an outbound call and once connected, select the 'blind transfer' option and type in the conference room number, eg.123.
