How to Access Your Voicemail via Yeastar Linkus

This article is for existing Yeastar clients who want to access their voicemail through the Linkus mobile client.


Checking and Managing Voicemails:

With the Yeastar Linkus Mobile Client, you can conveniently check and manage your voicemails. Any changes you make on the Linkus Mobile Client will be synchronized with the Linkus Web Client and Linkus Desktop Client. 

Steps to follow:

Step 1: Access voicemail:
  • Open the Linkus Mobile Client.

  • Navigate to "Calls" and then to "Voicemail."


Step 2: Unread Voicemails Indicator:

If you have unread voicemails, a badge will appear on the Voicemail tab, showing the number of unread messages.

Step 3: Filter Voicemails:
To filter voicemails by read status, select the desired status at the top-left corner.

 

Manage Voicemails:

Play a voicemail:

  • Tap the play icon to listen to the voicemail.

  • If it's a group voicemail, you can tap the group icon to check if other group members have read the message.

View Voicemail Transcripts:

  • Note: This feature if available only if your system administrator has set up voicemail transcription.
  • Tap the desired voicemail.
  • In the expanded panel, tap the transcription icon to view the transcribed text.

Change voicemail read status:

  • Long press the desired voicemail.
  • In the pop-up window, tap "Unread" or "Read" to change the status.
  • Unread voicemails are marked with a red dot, while read voicemails are grayed out.

Delete a Voicemail:

  • Long press the desired voicemail.
  • In the pop-up window, tap "Delete."
  • The voicemail will be deleted from all your Linkus Clients.
